      Mechanical Engineer Interview

      May 15, 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Emeryville, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CRB (Emeryville, CA) in May 2022

      Interview

Interview process went very smoothly. There were a lot of emails to schedule the initial interview but once things were set, it went as expected. The conductors asked good questions to understand my work ethics and communication abilities. I was able to meet engineers in the interview process that I would get to work with in the future. The management were all outgoing and impressed me.

      May 23, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CRB

      Interview

Current mechanical engineers asked me questions about relevant school/work experience I had listed on my resume. Everyone was friendly, not trying to be intimidating at all. Maybe a little too many interviewers vs interviewee.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell us about a time where you faced an obstacle on a group project and how you overcame it.
