CRH Business Analyst interview questions

phone screen, call for a 1 on 1 and records checking after which i waited a week before finding out i was accepted for the role but would be given a probationary 3 month period

First I submitted an application online. A few days later a recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone interview which was with the recruiter. The first interview was mainly focused on my background, and high level information about the company. The second interview was a phone interview with my manager. She mainly told me specifics about my role in the company. The last interview was with several managers that asked me questions about my experience and how it could relate to the role. Overall very smooth process, took about a month in total. Everyone was friendly and transparent in the process.
