It is an open interview process during which you take a computer aptitude test. After the computer testing if you pass you speak with the person doing the hiring, Once you finish the interview you wait for a offer letter then you call and accept or decline.
I actually didn't interview with them per se as I was part of the staff of the company they took over. They were very professional, gave annual reviews, training, feedback and had an open door policy between staff and management.
