First they ask us to give an accounts test (basic level test), those who clear acconts test are called for personal interview (here they test your communication skills, logical answers & eagerness to work attitude) & after personal interview they take excel test (to check your technical skills), if you pass all three tests then you are asked to sign a 6 months bond with them.

First there was a IQ intelligence test which consisted of 60 questions then there was a one on one with the HR representative which took almost an hour then there was a group interview with 2 Assistant managers and 1 Manager which was in which they asked some general accounting questions and my past experience after they were satisfied my last round of interview was conducted by Sr. Manager which was a really grilling experience for me as he asked me the some of the very tough question about accounting in which I managed to make it to pass the interview process.
