Interview
There were two rounds. Resume screening and then followed by the interview. In the interview, they asked mostly about ratios, questions on cashflow statements, guesstimates and financial statement analysis. There were HR questions as well like: why should we hire you. The panellists were very warm and easy. The interview lasted for about 30mins.

The asked me basic Financial Modeling questions and sector specific questions. Tell me about yourself, background, skills, long term goal, Research Reports, Bloomberg, advanced excel, charts and graph, databases, strength and weakness

Relatively chill, asked questions which mostly revolved around accounting. Free Cash Flow, how do you arrive at Free Cash Flow. How the three financial statements are linked. Along these lines.
CV shortlisting and then interview and then the interview was conducted. This ways all of the process was completed. Post this offer was made and then accepted hence. For the research analyst position in the company
