Interview
1) Excel Based Test to shortlist from a pool of candidates. This excel based test consists of questions from areas such as Equity Valuation, Fixed Income Securities and Derivatives. Hands on experience in equity valuation could be an added advantage. Test is relatively easy. B.Com graduates have an edge in cracking the test over science graduates.
2) Shortlisted people will be called for an interview - interview panel typically consisting of 1-2 persons.
3) Three things are tested: General IQ by giving puzzles to solve, Technical Skills in area of finance predominantly from equity & derivatives, few questions based on ur resume such as on Internship, project, or extra curricular activities etc
There were multiple interviews rounds with stakeholders across team members, the HR also takes a round for culture fitment. Additionally, there was a psychometric test and general aptitude test which they honestly forgot about and made me do after I had accepted the offer.

About 30 minutes long, structured and focused on technicals like valuation, credit metrics; however, financial statement clarity and understanding was critical. The selection process also includes an assignment round; awaiting their response

It involves 4 rounds starting with aptitude and then two technical rounds with involved core structed finance questions, testing your basic to the deepest and then last round was HR which was all on personality and Situations.
