Applied then got an interview after shortlisting. Within a day after applying, recieved the call from HR saying my profile has been shortlisted and another day after, I had my interview.

Different ratios used to determine credit risk for banking & non-banking firms.
A telephonic and video conference call for about 15 - 30 minutes. Process was really smooth and went really well. Difficulty level was moderate. Most of the questions were related to the role offered and few were from the resume.
