I received a call from a consultant for this role...the job description was explained to me over the phone...there was a telephonic interview (technical) with Crisil the same day...I was explained the role again...which included researching and analysing annual reports and information related to companies and making certain adjustments to the them for valuation and rating purpose...Questions asked related to PE Ratio, Basic & Diluted EPS, Preference share dividend, Operating & Financial Lease, Methods of Valuation of companies, IRR, Discount rate, Weighted Avg Cost of Capital, Advance payment of Rent, etc.
