Interview
Tuve una entrevista inicial con RR.HH. donde indagaron un poco acerca de mi perfil y mis habilidades sociales (una parte en inglés y la otra en español). Nada muy complicado, todo estilo una charla de café con el entrevistador.
Luego pasé a una instancia de entrevista con el Manager, donde me preguntó un poco acerca de mi background, por qué estaba interesado en las finanzas y me hizo un par de preguntas técnicas de contabilidad (muy básicas) y de valuación (también básicas y me dijo que si no sabía que no me preocupe). También fue en su mayoría en español pero tuvo unos 10 minutos inglés (clave que sepas inglés, dependiendo del rol te piden mas o menos)
Luego me hicieron la oferta.

Relatively chill, asked questions which mostly revolved around accounting. Free Cash Flow, how do you arrive at Free Cash Flow. How the three financial statements are linked. Along these lines.
