Interview
The interview has 3 rounds. The first round is with HR who is asking about your CV, experience why you want to switch, and why CRISIL. The second round is the technical round they ask you about market research, ratios, what factors are the commodities pricing based on, and how you conduct your research for a particular commodity, check on the macros, government regulations etc. The third round is with the Director on similar lines
