there were two round of interviews. First one was functional/domain oriented with a peer or immediate reporting manager. the second one was with a senior leader and was more behavioral and the discussion during second interview was more around my career aspirations and what their expectations are from the role.

Question 1
The person asked about derivatives and asked me to create some options for meeting certain scenarios and then asked who will write these options and who will buy these options. Example: Create an option where strike price is the no. of deaths per million in a city and pays when the deaths increases beyond the strike price. who will buy this and who will write this.
