Interview
More than 5 steps: each step was different and sometimes was confused to get what they would know about myself but also which topic more. The really bad thing is about the client interviews: they are part of the hiring process and of course they just look at their interests for the project in place. So there is a visible different alignment of interests between the two.

Interview
There were four stages. A computer-based test including four minor financial analysis cases to do on excel and an essay on a finance related topic. Then, a one on one interview with an analyst who would ask financial analysis technical questions in English and about your background. Finally, an interview with one of the team managers followed by an interview with HHRR who makes the actual job offer.
