Many rounds of interview, but each and every one in the hierarchy. Each time they say that this is a VERY important profile, and we must test further blah blah. Talk very high about the work. Scrutinize too much about each career move etc. And after joining what turns out? Total eyewash! Backend work, with absolute no interaction with client. Senior management is EXTREMELY unprofessional and sucks! Too much micromanagement. Beware of this unprofessional company.

Some basic questions on finance, some basic puzzles from case interviews books etc. Most of the questions on past career moves and decisions. Every interviewer tries hard to convince you that each of your past career move was bad since Irevna was not there, and once you join Irevna, you are set for life! Very unprofessional and demeaning attitude.

Interview process was quick. Once I was shortlisted, two technical rounds took place within a week from each other and the day after I was shortlisted for the position. Although there seems to be a lot of confusion among HRs: I was originally interviewed for Lead role but they offered me Analyst position. I had to point that out only to be told that my years of experience didn’t make my candidature eligible for lead role and was offered the senior analyst position.

Initially the interview was postponed with no notice. Then it was rescheduled. Two people (Lead Analyst and Vice President) joined the call and the interview started. Didn't hear back from anyone.

Interview
The whole process took over a month. Started with an initial round of discussion where they checked my basic fit and basic technical knowledge and thought process. Post that I had a manager round which was purely technical. And the final round was a client interview which was basically a case study round.
