Primera entrevista con personal de recursos humanos Segunda entrevista con potencial manager del sector. En general en la entrevista preguntan cuestiones sobre experiencia laboral y conocimientos. Por otro lado describen el día a día, qué softwares utilizan, reglas de confidencialidad. Lo malo era que lo hacían telefónicamente en vez de hacerlo con cámaras.

Responder cuestiones básicas relativas a economía financiera. Explican reglas de confidencialidad (bastante severas) y cómo sería el día a día.

The process was very through and had 5 different interviews. They covered things like GD/PI, written test, technical interview and CEO interview. Every round had elimination possibility. You could gauge that crisil is very focused on hiring the best talent.
