CRISIL Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The person approached me for the open position.. They wanted to start a contract, later they said they want to hire only local people, then they came back after one week and asked to share my resume again. After 2 days they said they want people who are currently working in banking, I have been working in the banks and ePayments for last 10 days and the recruiter asked me to write about my experience with banking experience. They are trying to enter the Netherlands and messing with people by wasting their time. Please settle your priorities first and then start looking out for people. Please don't waste time of consultants they are paid for every minute.
