Interviewed here for a position early this year. Overall the process was smooth and the recruiter asked for references. Not sure why some one would ask for references if they are not ready to make offer. However something changed and the recruiter was poor in their communication. Recruiter kept apologizing for lack of communication for their Lack of professionalism and i mean recruiters main job is to communicate with candidates.
