Straightforward interview process, I was surprised they do not reimburse for parking for interview candidates......this looked like big negative point and I was about to decline the offer......glad I didn't.....they have great benefit and culture

Applied for senior sci role, spoke with hiring manager and recruiter. Interview set up and met with team, received great feedback but offered lower role despite position being listed as senior sci. Years of service expected for role (8+ for senior sci) unrealistic compared to others in industry.

I was called by an Indian origin Associate Director. He could hardly put the words together into sentences, anyway he promised to take it next step to HR. Then I was contacted by HR, they scheduled the phone call at 6 to 6:30 pm on Friday, which seemed strange but I accepted it anyway. Next thing - the guy asked me why I did not answer, he said it was scheduled at 2 pm. I apologized and took the blame. He said not to worry - we can reschedule it but he never did.
