The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CRISPR Therapeutics (New York, NY)
Interview
Slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. Recruiter was a gaslighter with memory problems. Hiring manager was nice but gave mixed signals and also unresponsive. Main interview was a long day with no breaks other than 1on1 chat no-shows. All they do is talk about how well funded they are. Ghosted after presentation. Eventually told me job posting changed or was withdrawn after much prodding and contacted my references. Whole process took months. Very maddening interation. In retrospect glad I wasn't extended an offer because I wouldn't want to work with such a wildly unaccountable group.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CRISPR Therapeutics (Cambridge, MA) in Nov 2020
Interview
Extensive and a waste of time. Rude interviewers. Most were fine but some were judgey and bullied me when I didn’t know a specific answer. This is why we’re supposed to learn on the job.
