Unfriendly company if you need visa sponsorship. Although I mentioned that when applying, them didn't seem to pay any attention to it. The interviewer asked me a lot but once I said I'll use an OPT, he just hung off.

Multi stage process. Fun and relaxed. Had to do a project to demonstrate key competencies. The process is slow, so plan for that but it is worth it. It would be beneficial if they speeded up the process.
Very good. The process was smooth. Communication before and after was clear and prompt. Interview itself wasn't too difficult and focused on behavioural rather than technical questions. Quite an enjoyable experience.
