Interview
In my case, it only consisted of a phone interview with typical questions about my background and experience. Was given the impression that I’d be a good candidate, as the recruiter wanted to get my information in front of the manager. Get an automated email days later saying they are pursuing other candidates. That’s very unprofessional.
Interviewer explained the process which lasts minimum 4 weeks. First call with recruiter. Next 2 remote meetings same day with managers for this role in two locations. They promise to come back to you, but the structure described on the first call is far from reality. 2 weeks you hear nothing. No response to your email asking for an update. Shame for a big company like this.
