An assessment center consisting of a multiple choice test, team based exercise, phone-skills tested by assisting a customer with building an IKEA chair, an IT focused test, an interview.
The interviewers were friendly and good-mannered.

phone call followed by a short sitdown with two ppl who tested my lang skills and some very easy technical knowledge there was also a test situation to see how i would react to a problem on the phone all together it was very easy but other ppl i later worked with told me they had to go thru a longer asessment process
