I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CSC (Austin, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
An Outside Recruiter Phoned to ask if I'd be interested in the position. Was followed up by an Email. Then an Inside Recruiter set up a phone interview with the Chief Operating Officer. He requested additional information on references. Inside Recruiter set up person interview at the headquarters. I interviewed 1x1 with half a dozen people. I was called back for a second 1x1 interview with COO and Office Manager. Discussed more about the position and my qualification. I was then sent an Offer Letter and I accepted the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CSC (Costa Mesa, CA) in Jan 2010
Interview
Applied online. 1st interview was 7 days later. Second interview at the 10 day mark. Was contacted on day 14 and an offer of employment was made. Tried to negotiate the offer amount upwards by about 10%, pointed out that the amount offered would be a lateral move for me. They came back with a 1.75% increase and would not budge off of that.

Question 1
They asked what I would do in the case of a subordinate violating company ethics standards. But painted a picture off a very sympathetic employee so that it would appear to be a hard call.
