Simple process really. I applied for the position and a week later, i had a phone interview which lasted 10 minutes. If you do well on the phone interview, then a face to face interview will be scheduled after that. If you get through that, then you will have another interview with the department manager.

Question 1

The billing specialist has to get all the information from the field agent before the billing specialist can complete their assignments. Frequently, the field agents are busy with their work and they do not submit reports to billing specialists on time. How would you handle a situation like that when it is out of your control and you have a deadline to make as well ?
