I was referred by an external consultancy and the interview process was very smooth though it took time (days) for the next round to be scheduled. I had 3 rounds of interview, 2 technical rounds and a final management round.

There were seven interview events over a two month before the hiring decision and I was wondering if this group was serious or they couldn't reach a decision. Interview process reflect the consensus culture.

It went good. The whole process was quick and took one week. It was telephonic for the first round. Then again A senior manager interviewed me over the phone. Then an HR came up the very next day for offer negotiation.
