The interview process involved: 1. Group Exercise; 2. Written Exercise; 3. Role Play Presentation; 4. Individual Interview. A brief was given in the group exercise and we were required to discuss and choose a solution based on the information given. Similarly, a brief was given for the written exercise and we had about 2 hour and 30 minutes to produce SWOT analysis and a report. You will need to prepare a presentation on A2 size papers based on a brief, the time was quite tight for this one. The individual interview involved general questions such as why CSC, why consulting and competency questions such as how you dealt with a difficult situation etc. The organiser and assessors were extremely nice and supportive.
