Interview
3 interviews, one screen call, one technical interview and the last interview was a round robin in person with 3 different interviewees. The screen call was a base of what my skills were and if I was good enough to move onto the technical interview. The technical interview was pretty easy, they asked a variety of questions to get a feel for my technical knowledge, since this was a consultant position they wanted to know more my knowledge and how I can apply it rather than how do you code XYZ etc. The last interview(s) were more personality, and how would I apply what I know to client work.
