After initial phone screening interview, I was called for skills test. Apparently, they expected me to know project management stuff where as my role was suppose to be of Sr. software developer. However, I could answer the questions based on my knowledge (ofcourse, not what they would have expected). I knew I will not get any calls and never heard back from them. The interview process seems very professional though and the staff was very accomodative to align with my schedule and availability.

I have gone for interview and clear two technical round and one manager round. In HR Round salary was discussed. On next day , Hr asked me to submit documents and final salary was discussed. After one week later, they denied to their commitment about salary. After that i have called several time and mail also. But No response. Very Unprofessional way to treat candidate.
