The process was fairly long. From the moment I sent my application to getting to assessment centre, it took about 3 months in total. There were online assessments (multiple), telephone interview and assessment centre. The assessment centre was fairly long and they aren't very descriptive as to what we should expect. I was told there won't be a presentation, but there was. Secondly they have a really long writing task which takes about 3 hours. So all in all preparation is required for the day.
