The entire interview process was a waste of time. You have leadership that has no idea how to ask the right questions. The “Regional” barely asked me any job experience questions and all communication was via text - very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this group as you will get no where - how are you going to tell a candidate that the one sole difference is experience in the role that you also had experience in. I am extremely happy to NOT join such a poor organization full of leaders that should NOT be in a leadership role.
