First round got scheduled after a discussion with HR on current job responsibilities and skills. ie technical knowledge, management knowledge, willingness to work in shifts etc Few questions were asked on current roles and responsibilities

Questions were mostly scenario based ie Some questions were asked on Devops, .net core, project management style

Interview
2 rounds of Interview in Aug-Sep, with close to 2 hours of discussion. Company never informed selected or not, even after repeated requests. They have legacy systems (highly stable) and the data maintained on Mainframes. They add application layers on top of their legacy layers.
It seems a closed organization to the new changes and not welcoming the change in technology landscape, people and process.
They have office with wonderful interiors though.
