Interview
Round 1: Contacted by HR over LinkedIn and then scheduled a quick discussion in the same week. The HR screening was straight forward with questions around past experience, future goals, motivation to explore new opportunities etc.
Round 2: 2nd week - Discussion with the hiring manager. This was a 30mins call on the similar lines.
Round 3: 3rd week - Case study
Round 4: 5th week - Interview loop - 2-hour onsite interview with 4 team members individually. Each team member had a time slot of 30mins.
Recruitment and interviewing team were very professional.

Question 1
How would you address conflicting priorities coming from different business functions such as operations, finance, IT, support etc?

Interview
- Had a phone screen with the HR.
- Then I was asked to present a case study where I was asked to author user stories based on a use case around a a video player.
- I then was selected for a phone interview with the hiring manager.
- Last step I was brought in for a 1 hour 3 person panel interview with the hiring manager and two peers
- I was never told I got the job and got a generic "not selected" message from their system that I found in my SPAM folder. I followed up with the recruiter to confirm that this was true and never heard back.
