Interview has been divided into 3 stages. Stage1 done by director who had a passion of organization growth,people and agility which is completed in 30 minutes with role clarity and candidate needs. Stage2 done by three directors and it went for 150 minutes and they asked loads of implementation questions Stage3 done by HR for salary negotiations and offer letter release.
