I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CSG (Kuala Lumpur) in Nov 2013
Interview
First Interview
Technical team leads ask a couple of simple C programming questions. Pretty easy. They explain about the company and the programming stuff. NOW they tell u that they are using proprietary language. Makes you wonder why they hide it in the job description.
HR person will ask a some personality questions and fill up a form.
Final interview
Manager will have a chat with you. Basically to ask some questions about your previous work experience. No technical questions. This manager has been in the company for umpteen years. Asks about your previous work experience on why are you leaving your current company. This manager has a predefined mind-set that "if you want to change job, you are not loyal" . Just felt weird that if the job advertised requires x amount of years of experience, how will you find a candidate that will give you a good reason for leaving their current job and still be loyal to this new company especially this position was for experience hire only.
