Hiring managers are so unsecure that a candidate leaving a company after working for 2 years would stay in CSG or not , for that they take 2 times 3-3 rounds but still not sure, so why they didn't see the resume first to hire a person who has worked atleast 10 year in company and then they should hire for 5-6 year of requirement..what a Joke..wasting time of candidates and portrays as a world class company..first impression of company is a hiring process and if in that they are so insecure...what a shame...

asked about C#, design pattern , Sql, EF, Solid principles. they will ask you everything and show how knowledgeable those people are ,then they will select and conduct 2-3 more rounds and then wake up and see why candidate is leaving his/her previous organization in 2 years..
3 rounds of interview will be there,
2 technical and one manager round. Each round will last for 45 minutes , manager round will be small among all. Technical round will be complex or easy based on your technical stack
