quick, and all online. It seemed to be relatively straight forward and manageable. Overall it was a very quick turn around experience as well. The company is definitely well-known. The position was fully remote where I applied

What is an example of an impediment you faced on a team?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CSG (Bengaluru) in Feb 2018

Got a call through employee referal.
First round was telephonic interview and then got a positive feedback from HR next day and scheduled face to face interview after one week.
F2F was a one full day long - first discussion with manager, then a adhoc interview with manager and a team member and after that interview with drector. The interview was positive from the manager, team member and director.
No calls or updates from HR after that. Tried contacting HR and the manager who referred me, but no response.
Wondering what is wrong in giving a response, be it positive or negative, after putting a lot of efforts for the interview. Stop treating candidates like a commodity in the market.
