They only want to hire experienced developers with less package I interviewed at CSG on 31 Aug 2022 interview went well and answered all coding problems and there were some basic questions on DSA which I also answered after the interview interviewer asked me what your current CTC and how much experience you have, I didn't get like in technical round why he asked me that question and I really want to join that CSG but they get experienced developers in less package will try in future also.
