They made a quick call, then I received an email saying that I would be interviewed by the Manager, but the interview was never scheduled. I sent an email and a message on Linkedin and they never got back to me. The position is still open, and I don't understand their process. It's the kind of company that seems like no one is good enough to work there, because they always have vacancies and don't give feedback.
The interview process will have 5 phases.
You start with a HR interview. After that you will have a call with the team. If the team think that you have skills they will send you a challenge by mail to do it. They will tell you what will be your deadline. After sending your proposal you will presenting to the team. You need to explain all your process and ideas. The last phase will be the final feedback and that could take a lot of time
