I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CSG (Brasília, Federal District)
Interview
The whole process was smooth, but it took a little bit longer. I had a three-round interview.
The first was a basic screen with a Tech Recruiter, to check my English and see if their expectations matched my experiences.
The second was a long technical interview, they made about 20 questions related to my experience, etc.
The last one was with a Director and a Software manager and was more behavioral, with questions related to how I would react, how I like to work (with colleagues, etc), how I learn, etc.

Tech: How did I troubleshoot, how did I respond to a critical situation, code questions related to Pearl, example situations with script/automation codes, machine configuration questions, RDS questions, pipeline questions, etc.

Technical round had 2 panels who asked questions one after the other.
Managerial round : Manager was so friendly
HR told to take early release from current company and send screenshot for proof. When I took early release, she didn't come back for the remaining process. Even though I contacted her n number of times.
