CSG Senior Digital Marketing Manager interview questions

Had a call with a recruiter that raised several red flags: • She asked if I had questions at the beginning of the interview and before we even had a conversation. • She then moved to describe the company and products by reading from a script in a monotone manner. It was impossible to understand when sentences started and ended, and the content. • She wasn’t able to explain what the Hiring Manager was looking for in the candidate, other than reading the list of job responsibilities posted online, again in a monotone way. • Then moved to tell me that the salary was 140k a year. The job description has a 112k-180k range advertised, so this wasn’t consistent. When I told her she answered: “Again, that’s just a range, the maximum we are paying for this role is 140k”. I told her that the information in the posting was confusing and misleading, to which she insisted with the same answer and added: I know what is is the posting, I wrote the job description. Everything was weird and unprofessional.
