CSG Senior Marketing Manager interview questions

Their talent team contacted me to join their role opening, That's a long waiting time after the first interview, it takes me about 2 weeks for an update from their talent team. Turn out they hold my case until they have interview someone which is best suit on the role I have follow up and check on the status after a week from the 1st interview. Unfortunately they decided proceed with other candidate hence turn down my application. This is kind of not fair to other candidate waiting time.
