Short. A 30 mins 'get to know' yet, used as a technical screening excercise. They were unclear on expectations and the feedback provided was, well...poor. There was no structure to the call and felt like they were making it up as they go along. Not dissappointed to be passed over on this occasion. Had there been enough time for 'shared inputs' it would have felt less rushed and of more value. Shoe-horning competencies into a 'meet and greet' meant far too much talking from my side and not enough discussion. The interview itself was a simple Teams call so very convenient and easy to enable.
