Absolutely shocking recruitment process—I'd give 0 stars if possible. Don't waste your time, as they'll drag the process out for months, only to offer disingenuous reasons for not extending a job offer. I was approached by an internal recruiter for a role. Subsequently, I underwent 4 interviews via Teams, spanning over 3 months. Following that, I was asked to visit the site and meet the team. Yet, after another week of waiting, I received feedback and a rejection. The reason? Allegedly, I didn't have the suitable experience—a notion that's frankly laughable. Why initiate the poaching, or subject me to 4 Teams interviews, only to conclude this? Supposedly, other candidates had more experience, a claim I find dubious, especially since the job was reposted on LinkedIn just a day before I got my rejection. It's a complete waste of time, and their dishonesty is absolutely shocking.
