I applied online. I interviewed at CSL Plasma in Apr 2015
Interview
The manager was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The job I applied for was not actually available, but I still interviewed for another position. I was asked a number of questions from a list and the interviewer wrote down the answers. However, I would say it felt more like chatting than an interview which was very pleasant. I have never had professional contact with this type of company so it's difficult to compare. Overall, the interview process went well.

Question 1
Less of a question and more of a disclosure. The interviewer was up front about the low pay rate which appears to be a known issue with this company. They pay $3 - 4 less than one world normally make with my degree. Despite the low pay, which clearly the manager doesn't set, I felt it was professional to tell me the bad news before I was offered the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CSL Plasma in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview was about an hour long with myself and three other managers. Everyone was kind and welcoming, I did not feel intimidated at all. I felt that each of the managers was passionate about working for CSL Plasma and was invested in the success of the center and the happiness of their staff.
