They didn't interview me they just asked a couple of questions, scheduled my orientation date, made copies of my documents and that was it. My interview lasted less that 10 minutes once we actually got started. And that came after 20 minutes (past my interview time) of waiting on him to come in.

The interview is fairly straightforward. If you're lucky, they MAY get back to you. I interviewed a month ago, and despite numerous attempts at following up, have heard nothing from them. I'm guessing by now, they gave the job to someone else. More and more companies are doing this, and it is discouraging.
