Throughout the interview you are asked to name a specific experience and give the interviewer details related to that experience, rather than hypothetical situations. In short- not a "what WOULD you do if ____" but rather "Tell me about a time when you did _____ and what was the outcome?" Examples can come from current work, previous work, volunteerism, and schooling.
