Put me through multiple rounds of skills "tests" (really just online forms where you give examples of how you'd handle a situation). I told them TWICE what my expected salary was - once when it was asked in an online form, and once in the video interview. They said my salary expectation was in line with their range for this position. Then I received the offer and it was LESS THAN HALF of what I indicated as my minimum. A waste of my time! Not cool.
Please note that our Digital Strategist position receives 50-80% of it's compensation through incentive pay. The salary you mention that is less than half of your minimum is just the base pay. Most of your pay will come from the incentive pay on sales you make. I suggest you follow up with our recruiting team for more information.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CT (McAllen, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
Easy, they said I would hear back in the upcoming weeks.
Around 10 written questions. 3 minute videos.
I wish the wait time was shorter, but I am hopeful to hear back.
I applied online. I interviewed at CT (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Never made contact with a person. Was just sent a test from a no-reply email that included a video interview component. Submitted the test and still haven't heard back. Interview processes vary but this is the most effort and care taken I've ever seen required of a candidate for zero human interaction from anyone in the company. Very impersonal, and no tact to follow-up weeks later.
Our apologies that you received no follow through- we recently moved to a new software and it could be related to that. It can also take several weeks and on rare occasions for an offer to come from us- if you didn't pass the first round of testing, other candidates may be interviewed, and extended offers first based on their skills testing performance. Best of luck in your hunt for employment.
