Pretty Straight Forward. Probably half an hour to 45 minutes. Standard questions about past work experience and dealing with different types of customer service skills. I applied before everything was done online, from what I've heard now it can take much longer just to get an interview and have your background check completed in a timely manner. For me, the interview process and background check were all done within 2 weeks. My initial application to starting date was roughly 3 weeks.
I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at CVS Health in Nov 2013
Interview
Very laid back and friendly. The interview itself pretty much meant I had the job as long as I handled it well. Was told I'd hear back in a few days, but didn't hear back for a week or two. No big deal. I kind of expected that since I had applied for the job online 6 months prior.
