The interview was easy, mainly behavioral, and included one technical question. The first round was with a manager, and the other was with someone who did the program. Everyone was super nice, and the response time between interviews was really long tho.

Interview
Two rounds, first one with someone currently in the FLDP program (junior), second/final with someone in the ELDP (senior). Interviews are primarily behavioral, and only technical questions were related to financial statements / basic accounting concepts.
Very big on DEI, so if you are Asian/white, I would look else where as I've seen their hiring metrics from a contact in the company and they try to fill the FIP/FLDP with women even if they are not as qualified.

3 rounds of virtual interviews. Each round with a different manager. Pretty average experience. All the questions were typical interview questions. All the managers I interviewed with were really nice.
