Interview
First I completed a HireVue prerecorded interview. A recruiter called a few days later and I was given a 10-15 minute phone interview and then waited a few more days for an email to schedule a Skype interview with hiring managers. I had to complete a case study before this interview and it lasted about an hour. A lot of questions seemed redundant and the work I did on the case study wasn't mentioned at all. I was told I would receive a call by the end of the week letting me know their decision. By the following Monday I hadn't received a call so I emailed the recruiter asking when I should expect their call and she said that day or the next. I never received a call, instead a few days later I got an email saying I didn't get the job.
The interview process included an online application, an assessment, and a virtual interview. The questions focused on customer service, problem-solving, and handling difficult situations. The process was organized, professional, and easy to follow.
The interview process was straightforward. I met with the hiring manager, answered questions about my experience, availability, and customer service skills, and had the opportunity to ask questions about the position.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well
