I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health in Aug 2018
Interview
Within one business day of applying, I was approached about my first interview. Then within a month, I had had one digital interview (prerecorded questions that you answer to a webcam). Then I had a phone interview with my HR contact followed by my new manager within a week and a half. Then due to a conference out of town and then a holiday, there was about a two week break - though they were sure to let me know of where the process was before they were out of town, which was very helpful. After they returned, I met the directors in person for two 1 on 1 interviews and was offered the position two days later. My advice to anyone applying is to show up prepared - I brought letters of recommendation, examples of work, and copies of my resume for each interview. This really impressed them, and they mentioned that to me.
